The leader of the NAACP in Louisiana during the Civil Rights Movement was A.P. Tureaud. He played a significant role in advocating for civil rights and was instrumental in various legal battles against segregation. Tureaud's leadership helped to advance the NAACP's mission in the state, particularly in education and voting rights.

How was the LEADER of the group who Explored the Louisiana Territory
Primary elections
There is no real important leader of Louisiana except for recent representatives and senates. The Louisiana was originally bought from Napoleon during the Louisiana Purchase but he found the land to be too swampy to be useful and he sold it. Leader wise I suppose Napoleon would be one but he didn't want the land shortly afterwards.
