Seven of the thirteen leprechaun clans live in the US. The first six groups in the New England area since their ancestors migrated there in the mid 1780's. The remaining seven groups are scattered through the Midwest to California. They have interbred with humans (which is against their code), producing what we know as midgets. All gingers have leprechaun genes, though they may be distant, and the ginger may not realize it. Their diet is Oranges.
