EVERYBODY!Answer: In the US and Canada, I think racism mostly affects the minorities such as blacks or any visible minority, plus invisible minorities such as Jews gays and lesbians. I think there's still a black gang in the US called The Black Panthers.not a gang I think they were known as a criminal gang, but maybe they were a racist gang against whites.
