Im 13 5.5 and 112lbs and I bench press at around 140-150lbs that's a bit better than a 14 year old that does Weightlifting so you should be able to bench press at least 3/4 of your own weight.
my records.
deadlift: 250lbs-280lbs
benchpress: 140-150lbs
squat: 190-200lbs
The average weight a 15-year-old can bench press can vary greatly based on factors like body weight, training experience, and genetics. However, a reasonable estimate for an average 15-year-old without much training would be around 75-100 pounds. It's important to start with a weight that is manageable and focus on proper form and technique before progressing to heavier weights.
I would guess 100-150.
Well if you cant do even that you really need to do some serious trainning.
My brother can do something like 300 and is a nerd (sorry bro)
The average weight of a radial tire can vary depending on the size and type of tire, but on average a passenger car radial tire can weigh between 20-25 pounds.
The average weight of a capsicum (bell pepper) is around 150-200 grams, depending on the size and variety of the pepper.
The weight of an average caterpillar can vary depending on the species, but most caterpillars weigh only a few grams. They are typically lightweight due to their small size and the fact that they primarily feed on plant materials in their larval stage.
The average weight for a 15-year-old male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall is around 125-165 pounds, depending on factors like muscle mass and body composition. It's important to remember that weight can vary greatly among individuals, so it's best to focus on overall health rather than a specific number on the scale.
The average bone mass in humans can vary depending on factors such as age, gender, and overall health. On average, bone mass typically ranges from about 15-20% of a person's total body weight. However, this can fluctuate based on factors like genetics, diet, and physical activity levels.
15% less than your weight if it's a girl.
somewhere between 1 and 2 times your weight 1 time your weight average fitness 2 times your weight very impressive fitness This is wrong. If you bench your weight, that's really good. I'm 15 and I weight 150 pounds and I'm 5'9". I bench 165 and this is considered very good for my age and weight.
All people have different body structures. If they have broader shoulders then 25- 45 pounds and if there more slim the 15-20
Im sorry this isn't adverage but you should defiantly be able to deadlift 1/2 -1/3 of your own body weight at least!! (adverage around there somewhere)
10 pounds
This may not be the answer you are looking for, but it depends on the person. There is no "average" that I can think of. But if you wanted a number, I think that between 50% and 80% of your body weight would be "average". This would also be dependant on your body type (aerobic or anaerobic) and how active you are.
Well this terminology is different for everyone. If you look at the question literally, if you can bench press one complete rep of any said weight than you have "benched" that amount. Right? Personally I consider myself able to bench a weight if I can do two technically complete repetitions. The bottom line is to use proper technique, be safe, and always use a spotter when bench pressing, especially if you plan on maxing out. Basically you want to work out with a comfortable weight than you can do 10 to 15 times in a series of three or so sets. The Max-out term is just kind of a show off thing if you ask me. I work out with 150lbs to 200lbs on the bench press in sets of 3 or 4, 10-15 reps/set. I can "max" around 325. Remember safety first. Let the show-off's do what they do.
Actually that's way above average, but its obvious that you lift. Most people don't know what a standing military press is.
Not much about the same of a 15 year oldanorexic girl.
Your bench is weak but your squat is good
If your a guy then you should bench up to 145 & if your a girl you should bench up to 95 or more. However, that generalization really depends on your height and body type. If you are tall or overweight, then you will press less than someone who is shorter or stockier, respectively.
I heard he benched 525 I read that he benched pressed in the low to mid 400's in his prime...
