The SV12. I just got mine from Dicks Sporting Goods for 200 dollars and used it in my game tonight and hit a homerun. For me Demarini's dont have a very good trampoline effect and they are too expensive but the SV12 was great and you could really feel the ball being pushed by the bat.

Remember there are different weights of the balls. Slow pitch, fastpitch and dimpled batting cage balls all have different weights. With any composite bat used in the batting cages aren't reccumended. It may create a mild dent in your bat. If you have a fastpitch composite bat, DO NOT USE IN THE BATTING CAGES WITH THE DIMPLED BALLS.

yes they can. if you can think of an animal it can kill you. it is not likely, but it could happen. if a couple million bats attacked you, you could die from blood loss but this is ridiculous. bats typically don't attack humans anyway

Swing it in live batting practice. Just hitting of a tee will help, but you will never know for sure until you hit live pitching. But definitely try it out in practice, not in a game.
