Now he gets detailed instructions as to how he'll have to send his bank information, and also wire a small fee to cover some administrative costs. The fee will probably be anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000, whatever the scammer thinks the "victim" can come up with. If he's dumb enough to send the money, then he'll get another email saying there was some unanticipated problem and that another $1,000 or $10,000 is needed.
Fearful of losing what he already has in it, the "victim" will send more and more, but at no point will any millions be wired into his account.

1. If it sounds to be good to be true - it is!
2. If it involves you getting a lot of money for little or no effort - it's a scam!
3. If they need money from you up front for some employment opportunity - it's a scam!
4. If they need your bank account info so they can send you money - it's a scam!
5. If they need your help moving funds out of a country - it's a scam!
6. If in any way you are to send money or info to a person you've never met - it's a scam!
7. If their company is not duly authorized by the State's Attorney of your state to do business - it's a scam!
8. If your questions in any way bother them, or if the answers leave you more confused - it's scam.
9. If all else fails, do not forget number 1 and number 2!
And if you are already being scammed, do not send a bit more money in the hopes that it's real. Cut your losses and run to the District Attorney's office.
