The role of non profit board of directors of a church?
IF a church is following the Bible as its guideline, then it should first have a Board of Elders, who are the ultimate authority in the church. They are primarily, according to the Bible, Shepherds/Overseers, rather than administrators, so they may assign responsibilities to staff (pastors) or others (such as a Board of Deacons) to carry out specific tasks "on behalf of the Elders.) Thus, the Elders are ultimately responsible for the church in all areas, yet is not designed to do the hands-on service and "administrative" functions. See Acts 6 as a model for hos the Elders see needs, and assign qualified men (and women) to serve by making sure these tasks are accomplished. This could include many "areas" that would normally be thought of as the responsibility of the "non-profit board of directors," yet without giving away control of the Elders. It is the most Bible-like model to have Deacons (male or female) in charge of these areas, and broke in to "teams" to share the load such as; Building and Grounds Maintenance, Finance Team, Kitchen Committee, Information Technology Team, Staff/Human Relations Policies and Procedures, etc. Each taking their tasking from the Elders, and serving not to set their own policies, etc, but to implement the will of the Elders, since t hey are the ultimate authority in the local church.

Dyson launched the 'G-Force' cleaner in 1983. Unfortunately, no manufacturer or related distributor would launch his product in the UK as it would disturb the valuable cleaner-bag market, so Dyson launched it in Japan through catalogue sales.
After failing to sell his invention to the major manufacturers, Dyson set up his own manufacturing company. In June 1993 he opened his research centre and factory in Malmesbury, Wiltshire and launched the DC01. The product now outsells those of some of the companies that rejected his idea and has become one of the most popular brands in the United Kingdom.

What are opinions on Mannatech?
Depending on how one defines "scam", it would be more clearly defined, if one were to research the corporation's activities, historically.
Mannatech Corporation - is a Multilevel Marketing, which was started in 1993, and headquartered in Texas.
It is a publicly traded company on NASDAQ, and has offices located, internationally.
Though the company the company has been praised by Forbes, and Business Week Magazine, one cannot ignore the public scrutiny it has undergone, mainly due to a series of legal problems.
1.) On September 9, 2005 a class-action lawsuit was filed against Mannatech for alleged violations of the Securities Exchange Act.
The main issue of the Class Action Law Suit was - "issuing a series of material misrepresentations". In 2008, Mannatech agreed to pay $11.25 million dollars to the Plaintiff class.
2.) On October 27, 2006, Mannatech came under investigation by the Texas Attorney General for alleged violations to the state's Deceptive Practices Trade Act. The state's Attorney General, Greg Abbott, then formally charged the corporation, and the corporation's founder, Sam Caster with a series of charges relating to violations of the state's Deceptive Practices Trade Act. Mannatech settled the civil complaint on February 26, 2009 by agreeing to pay $4 million in restitution to clients who purchased products and $2 million to the state to cover its costs in the case.
So, is Mannatech a scam? No, but it definitely has had its problems, as a corporation when it comes to accurate representation.
What are advantages and disadvantages of acquisition growth in business?
Acquisitions can help you quickly grow your business by adding new customers, capabilities, and other relationships, etc. very quickly vs. organic growth. That said, acquisitions require cash, time to find target acquisition companies, and legal work to structure the deal as well as effort for integrating the acquired business. Acquisitions can make a lot of sense, but they are not something to pursue without clearly thinking through why it might make sense and all your options to reach your growth goals.

What is your opinion of Cashcrate?
Answer 1
Cashcrate is legit. You can pay for certain offers if you want to but you don't need to. There are a lot of free offers to do. I just received my check from Cashcrate for $30, so I know it's legit.
Answer 2
I disagree with answer 1. Just research CashCrate scam and read some reviews. If you want to make money online legitimately research "Amazon Mechanical Turk". Though it takes forever to earn much money it is not a scam. Though some jobs are like scams (Typically the high paying ones) though not many. You can earn like a dollar an hour if you are fast and accurate.
