I am an Aquaculture Technician and have worked with fish for nearly 20 years. There are no such things as "Fish Loins" It's just as ridiculous as thinking a pig or cow has fillets. This is simply a marketing ploy to make money off our stupidity, if in fact you are fooled by this. Next time you see" fish loins" for sale anywhere, ask the guy behind the seafood counter to point out the difference between a fillet and a fish loin. Judging from this cycle I am unsure as to whether or no hoki is haram or not.
