There is no official flag with a butterfly on it.

You may be referring to the recent internet craze, where official country flags are printed onto the wings of an image of a butterfly. These are just decorative images. No country actually has a butterfly in their flag.

None that I can find that fit that description exactly. The flag of the former Republic of South Vietnam was yellow with red stripes - but no star. The flag of the American state of Arizona is yellow-and-red striped above, on a blue lower half, but the star in the center is gold.

Do you mean a red card? When a Referee gives someone a red card in a soccer match, that player is sent of for that match AND the following match.

If a player gets 2 yellow cards in THE SAME MATCH, it is the same as getting a red card, and the player hasto leave the field for the match and cannot play for the following match.

There are also a few that are predominantly red white and blue with small amounts of other colors, like Philippines and Serbia.

- There are forty that I know of cannot think of them off the top of my head. (Reunion like some others are French Collony islands which use the layout of the French Flag in their own national flag - but the size of colours differenciates.)

While these flags may be coommon in some sporting events in the real world this flag combination is a very serious one which will only be seen in a dire emergency.

Yellow with black is a traditional warning color, if one ever see's this color combination flag it is a warning. What this warning is depends on who is flying the flags. Most likely it represents a hazardous condition. On a ship it would mean the ship is quarenteed due to a dangerous situation such as disease outbreak or other potential hazard that would warrent isolation of the vessle for the safety of others. Nobody other than appropriate response personel should approach a location with this mark.
