I do have intestinal burning, I take non spicy & non acidic soft food, no soda drinks, I won't take alchol, won't smoke. I drink cold milk when I get excessive burning, which subsides the burning in few minutes. If I don't adopt preventive measures said above, my condition gets worst, otherwise minimum burning I do have everyday. I have an appointment with gastro intrologist on Sept. 15th 2011. I just started using Bowtrol two days ago. I can tell you that so far it has been working! I have always had irregular bowel movements (maybe 1 per week) and so far I have had two a day. My primary concern was that were would be awful side effects including bloating, cramping, feeling full, going to the bathroom all day, etc. But so far it is a very gentle product! I will keep people posted. I am interested to see if it promotes any weightloss. If anyone experiences this please let me know!

I have a medical background and I know that this can be an indicator of blocked bile ducts in your liver. You need to go to the doctor immediately. They will do an ultrasound to see if this is the case. I can not stress to you how important it is for you to get to the hospital immediately.
