A supersonic bullet is a bullet that is faster than the speed of sound.
How many bullets can a machine gun shoot at a time?
In all fully automatic machine gun designs, only one bullet can come out of the barrel at at a time, but the gun will continue to fire bullets as long as the trigger is held and the weapon still has ammunition.
Rates of fire vary widely depending on the type of machine gun, with the slowest ones firing at about 200 rounds per minute, and the faster ones firing over 6,000 rounds per minute, at least as long as the supply of ammunition lasts. Note that the fastest conventional automatic weapons have multiple barrels and are the "Gatling gun" type of weapon. There are newer weapons around that have firing rates that dwarf those posted here, but they are not using standard cartridges as ammunition. These "metal storm" weapons stack bullets and charges (stacked rounds) in the back of a gun barrel, one on top of another. The rounds are fired electronically, and firing rates of hundreds of thousands of rounds per minute are easily achieved. A primary difference here is that each barrel in a multiple-barrel weapon of this type can send a round down range at the same time. All the rounds in multiple barrels can be fired in a mere fraction of a second, exhausting the ammunition supply. Anyone thinking about it would expect these guns to present a challenge when it comes to reloading them. Once all the rounds from a given setup were fired, more rounds have to be "stacked" in the back of the gun barrel(s). Though the military is looking into these weapons, the obvious limitation precludes broad deployment, at least in the immediate future.

Type of bullet which expands on impact?
Hollow points. And "soft points." Ammo boxes are often marked with abbreviations for those terms, like "JHP" means "jacketed hollow point" or "PSP" might mean "pointed soft-point." Most expanding handgun bullets used for self-defense or law enforcement purposes are hollowpoints. Most rifle bullets made for hunting big game are soft-points. Some hollow-point rifle bullets are actually made for the best possible long-range accuracy and expanding is not really a factor. And many rifle bullets made for small varmints or predators are hollow-pointed too.
Are subsonic bullets less power full than regular bullets?
Less velocity means less energy if the mass remains the same
During the Vietnam war, the Navy Seals experimented with using sub-sonic bullets for covert operations (less bullet noise with no supersonic whine). In some cases, the bullets failed to pierce bare skin.
What 30-30 rifles can use hornady flex tip ammunition?
They are designed for use in the tubular magazines (lever guns especially), but there is no reason you couldn't use them in any 30-30 even if they were box magazine fed, or even hand-load them for a .308, 30-06, etc. The purpose of the flex-tip is to keep them from firing the primer ahead of them in a tube.
What is the name of the study of bullets and how they are fired?
There is no such thing as the "study of bullets", except, perhaps, as a historian. However, one may study the effectsof bullets using "ballistics", and a person who does so for a living would be called a "ballistics expert"; someone who is trained to do such at a crime scene or laboratory may also be called a "forensics specialist", but the word "forensics" has nothing to do with bullets.
