First, you probably mean cartridges, not bullets. Bullets are just the very tip of the cartridge.

And you also probably mean magazine, not clip.

Magazines can hold anywhere from 1 to over 100 cartridges, depending on the specific design.

A bullet can be seen when held in a hand but not moving when shot out of a gun. Yes! I was shooting at an indoor range recently, and I actually saw the bullets coming out of a 9mm handgun. If the round won't fit into the handgun, then it's probably not chambered for long rifle rounds.

Do you mean the entire cartridge or just the piece of lead? The entire cartridge is 55 millimeters long. I can't find anything at the moment that gives the length of just the bullet.

Yes the stated length is maximum so if it says 3" you can also use 2.5 and 2"

The outside of the cartridge case is .38. The .357 bullet fits inside the cartridge case.

.32 caliber is not enough infromation. Ammunition marked "7.65 Browning", ".32 auto" and ".32 ACP" for practical purposes, are all the same. Do NOT try to use ammo such as ".32 magnum" or ".32 long" as it would be a different round.

You can put 5 shells into the magazine of a 30-30 Winchester rifle and one into the chamber.

You should never try to fire anything in any gun other than what it is designed to shoot. The .22 rounds will most likely not fit into the magazine or feed into the pistol. If they do, it can be dangerous if it actually fires. Additionally, .25 ACP is a centerfire cartridge where .22s are rimfire.

Take it to a gunsmith and have a chamber cast done to find out what ammunition it uses.

"Strongest" is a very subjective word. When people talk about "strongest" or "most powerful" they are usually talking about some combination of velocity and muzzle energy, both of which vary greatly depending on the specifications of the particular cartridge. Just as an example, one particular .40 caliber round may be more "powerful" than one particular 9mm round, but less powerful than another 9mm round.
