in the inn at battleon town there is a weapon shop and a suggestion shop that's the best place to buy weapons

Usually, i go to the Inn suggestion shop for any kind of weapon so i know a bunch of good weapons, even some I found in the evil war. Here are some good Mage weapons that i know about, I hope this helps.

Scythe of Lost Hope, found in Evil War/ Dage vs Nulgath. Cost: Dage's Favor 0/50 on Rogath's side. Cost: 0/50 Dage's Favor (Just keep killing the weakest enemies you find)

Vengeance Scythe, found in Yulgar's Inn Suggestion Shop. Cost: 25,000 gold

Appollonir's Beast Claw, found in Yulgar's Inn Suggestion Shop. Cost: 9,500 gold

Staff of Pestilence, found in Yulgar's Inn Weapon Shop. Cost: 15,000 gold

In order to improve a stat, you must enhance the weapon by going to one of the following:

Ninja/Assassin Trainer

Trainers (Warrior, Mage, Rogue, Healer)

Cysero

Each class has certain enhancements. Mage, for example, focuses on Intellect. Healer has Intellect and Endurance, etc.

In your case, go to the Trainers (the rogue) and Enhance your gear with the Rogue enhancements. After 4 level-ups, Go back to the rougue trainer and see if there are any stronger enhancements. Always return to the Rogue trainer.

These enhancements can increase your dexterity stat dramatically. If all your gear is enhanced to a certain class, then you should be very powerful.

My suggestion would be to use the dexterity boost on your rogue class and/or Ninja.
