The game is extremely rare and the few used cabinets available online cost over $3000. The only other suggestion I have is looking for an arcade which has the game and offering to buy it. I don't believe there are any models which are new, but some arcades may have them in decent conditions. Either way though, this great game will be pricey.

Yes, There were arcades in Golden Ring Mall. I am currently researching something called StarPort, which was entertainment attraction located at Golden Ring Mall. Inside of Starport were several entertainment attractions including Sega City, Showscan, and other things that had to do with next-gen or virtual reality gaming United Artist Starport debuted somewhere between 1997-1999(I am not really sure. What I do know is that our starport (in Baltimore) was very similar to the Starport in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I will continue to research this topic and update this answer every time I learn something new.

Do not play the burnt games on Xbox Live but in order to play burnt games, you need some kind of Mod Chip & you need to flash the Xbox 360 drive with the Mod software you are using. Normally this is done with a PC and the SATA cable. Don't ask me where to get this because this ain't really legal anyways! Plus, I have heard too many stories about the ROD after doing this. A very experienced person that does this should be the one doing it. I have only seen it done so I can't really help you much further. You do not do anything with the hard drive unless the Mod Chip you buy tells you too. Most of the Mods deal with your DVD Drive in the 360. That's why you need someone experienced because messing with the drive, you take a chance of it not reading anything anymore! At the main menu after pressing start, you are in the torture chair. Alternate between pulling the triggers fairly fast and in about 2 seconds you will break apart the shackles, earning you the secret Achievement/Trophy, Just ask me nicely. Then you can move around the room. Go behind the chair and you will see a small old fashioned computer known as the "terminal" Hold X/Square and you will see the screen closer and a keyboard will appear at the top. Type in DOA then press enter to unlock Dead Ops Arcade.
