Also, remember Rosa's technique of the climb jump by Pressing"Right Trigger + A" and then holding B to catch a ledge, etc. You can try switching sides as well, by moving to each 'wall' of the tower to look for new hand holds. You need to find the armour of Romulus which you get for finding all the keys in the Secret Locations missions in the DNA menu then using them to unlock the gates underground where the armour is. This is where the gates are and what happens when they're unlocked.

You can get both Altair's robes and armor by going to the main menu and selecting Uplay. From their select Rewards and then assassin's creed brotherhood. From there you should see Altair's armor and robes which you can buy if you have enough points.
