There will be a 3rd game because this was an intended trilogy. There are many questions that we don't know, but I have a guess. If you haven't played the game ********************THIS IS A MAJOR SPOILER ALERT****************************

Q: Who is subject 16?
A: Subject 16 is an anonymous character who actually shares Altair as an ancestor. In AC2 we learn that Ezio Auditore has 2 brothers Frederico and Petrucio. Probably the brothers had a strong connection between the two subjects and Altair.

Q: What are the glyphs?
A: If you've played the game and collected the glyphs you'll see that with each one you receive a short film called "The Truth" is discovered. It includes two people running a garden like area with others in the background doing manual labor. They go on the roof of some building and then the woman holds the "Piece of Eden" (Actually the apple) and most likely identify themselves as "Adam and Eve"

Q: What happens to Ezio and Desmond?
A: *******Spoiler Alert****** At the end of AC2 when Ezio finally gets his chance to exact his revenge against the conspirator that plotted the murder of his father and brothers he spares him. His last target Rodrigo Borgia (Now deemed Pope Alexander VI) has another artifact of Eden called the staff (Ezio has the apple of Eden now because of one mission where he loots it from the guards originally delivering it to Rodrigo). Only when the two pieces of Eden are together may the prophet be able to see its secrets that lie within. Ezio defeats Borgia and acquires the staff and unlocks a room that actually shows him a room where there lies a special person.
Minerva the Roman god (aka. Greek god Athena) appears and tells Ezio's soul of what's to be come in the future (December 21st, 2012 aka the end of the world theory). Minerva is talking and Ezio doesn't understand what's she saying, but actually she's talking to Ezio's soul which is Desmond. After the message it fades to a black and all you here is "What the f***?" After that the credits come to see that Abstergo the company that you were with in AC1 finds out your location and try to take you back forcefully. Everyone gets packed up and ready to go while you and Lucy fend off the enemies. Once that's over you run to Vidic who's on a truck and try to assassinate him, but he escapes. Soon everyone comes down stairs and evacuates where Lucy says "You will have another chance at Vidic"


So basically this is going to be the three main points for AC3. Who's subject 16, What do the glyphs mean and are there going to be more of them in the third game. Lastly, what will become of Desmond? I hope for whoever reads this will understand the game,

He has a new type of hidden blade. In this version, the blade section come off and can be used as a dagger or hunting knife ( as you know Connor Kenway is half native American and hunts and such so you can see why he would has this variation of the Hidden Blade

no it is not possible as the colours r rendered incorrectly and even when u see in nvidia control panelcompatiblity it comes ac3 not recommended

I'm afraid you cant. Once the hood is down it stays down unless you replay a mission when it was up. Many people are contacting Ubisoft to ask them to patch this so hopefully it should be an option whether you want it up or down soon enough.
