Once you have completed a memory you can go into the memory menu and simply select a completed memory that you want to replay and then choose to replay it. But once you have completed the game, the memory menu, or DNA menu, is not an option in your start menu UNLESS you finish the credits first. As long and painful as they are, if you want to go back and complete all your side missions and what not, the credits have to finish.

Depends. you can go to uplay (xbox live) and then i think you got to go to rewards and retrieve it for uplay action points. that is also how u can get the hallequin, and altiar outfit. Or u can dye your clothes Black or other colors at a tailor if u don't hav UPLAY u can also dye your cape the same way

There most likely were, but Assassin is a loose term. Anyone hired to kill someone else can be considered an Assassin.

Did you meant the flags of the first game? If so, they'll do nothing but work as save points and add some bonus to your synchronization. Sadly, there's just no reward after you collect them. :/

If you mean have no sword at all go to a brute(big dudes in armor) With axes and huge swords they do a move where they lift up there weapon and hold it behind there back they might wack you to the ground or smack your weapon out of your hand

if you want to switch weapons go to the villa and switch them or pick up a new weapon in the weapon room (when you walk in the front door turn left)

no but there was someone called ezio auditore de firenze and Altair (i dont know all name ) first parts of assasins creed 2 were true but all of assasins creed 1 was true but im not sure about the apple of eden

yes you can kill civilians but you can not lock on to them. just stand near to them and use what ever weapon you have selected.
