How long has the religious conflict between the atheist and the christians been going on?
Given that
(1) Christianity goes back almost two thousand years, and that,
(2) when it began, doubtless there were many atheists at the time,
then it would seem reasonble to conclude that conflict betwen the two ideologies goes back, at most, almost two thousand years.

Yes, Jonathan Davis is an atheist. He has stated in an interview: " I'm very anti-catholic and anti-religion. Any religion is terrible. Religion is the cause of so many wars. It's just what I believe, but I don't look down on people who go to church. "

Why do Christians harass atheists?
Opinion
Christians are in the business of converting the world to their way of thinking. They are under the mistaken notion that all good moral behavior comes from religious laws and beliefs and that theirs are the best. Atheists are anathema in this process since they choose to not adhere to any religious beliefs. It should be noted that not all Christians harass atheists but many sects preach against atheism from their pulpits and often paint a picture of atheists that doesn't mirror reality.

Can you be an atheist and still celebrate a tradition?
Traditions do not necessarily involve religious observance. Even those with an overlay of religion like Christmas can be celebrated as the underlying folk tradition (Yule, Winter Solstice)
In general atheists have been observed participating in anything that provides food, drink and the company of friends with no deeper thoughts than food, drink and the company of friends. The position that atheists are gloomy types who mope around the outside of Christmas parties wishing they could come in is somewhat exaggerated.

An atheist if he does nor believe in any deity.
A secularist if he doesn't enter into the whole there is/isn't a god argument

A pagan or heathen if you are really against whatever deity he does believe in
A Buddhist (or similar) if he follows a faith that has no deities.
Are there any adherents of atheism?
There are Atheists, but the phrasing of the question is odd, because, as others have pointed out, Atheism is not a codified religion with edicts, meeting places, and theology. So, there is nothing for them to adhere to and no place for them to adhere to it.
Everyone who is convinced they are right and you or wrong is "stuck up" because they don't immediately agree with you. This works in both directions.

Does the Flamel's cross represent atheism?
The definition of atheism is under some debate, but it is pretty widely accepted that atheism is to religion as bald is to hair color... it is the absence of the other. No symbol represents and unifies all atheists, and no holy books teach them what to do, nor do they worship anyone or anything.
A:
I think you may be confusing Atheism and Alchemy. Flamel's Cross is a symbol used alchemy and, as far as I can tell, has nothing whatsoever to do with theism or atheism.
EDIT: I will not debate aethism and religion here, however, Flamel's Cross is named after Nicholas Flamel who was said to have created a Philosopher's Stone and was a practitioner of Alchemy. Flamel was an ardent and dedicated Catholic and was very interested in Hermetic as well as Kabbalist (Christian and Judaic) Mysticism. Much of Hermetic alchemy is rooted in Christian and Judaic mysticism, so to ask if Flamel's Cross is a symbol of atheism is like asking if water is dry. Basically, the answer is no.

The oath of atheists? There can't be such a thing. Atheism isn't an organized religion, club, fraternity or political party. There may be some groups of atheists who get together to support one another, but that isn't a requirement. It's a little like saying 'What is the oath of people who are left-handed?' well actually there is no oath because atheist is a person of no religon
What nations hold atheism as a predominant faith?
At this time I don't believe there are any countries that actively support atheist as a predominant 'faith'. However, the United States of America has no official religion.
Answer:
The governments of many countries are secular and religion has no official role in their government although their may be references to oaths and God in their constitutions and rituals, these would include China, Russia, America, Canada, etc. Secular should not be confused with atheist. In contrast some countries are openly theocratic where religion is blended with the government such as the Vatican, many Arabian countries and so on. Theocracies are not atheist. Some are a mixture where, like Great Britain, the head of state is also the head of the government but the day to day rule is mostly secular. Others like China have encouraged their citizens to nort go to church and still others (North Korea) have substituted a state sponsored way of life (Juche) as a substitute for religion.
However as no country has bothered to make it part of their constitution or founding principles that there is no deity (a requirement for atheism) so there are no atheist countries.
The populations of the world's countries are mixed as far as the religious positions of their citizens ranging from several European countries like Sweden which have a high percentage of atheists to the Vatican which is almost all Christian.
Why are atheist often white people?
There is a jump in logic here - no data on the ethnicity of atheists has been produced. Many Asian countries (e.g. China. Korea) are officially nonreligious. In that these are very populous countries it is likely that atheism is spread among many racial groups not just Caucasians.
It depends on where you live. For example, in the US, the majority of the population is Caucasian (white), so any type of person you run into might make it seem as if it's often a white person thinking, feeling, acting a certain way, and all because you're just a bit more likely to come across a white person in the US than any other individual race.
Also, in the media, most atheists that are talked about, spoken to, or heard are usually white and so that can further make a person believe that majority atheists are white, when actually it's more just in a person's life experience, the majority atheists have been white.
What was the first atheist organization?
The Buddha was an atheist who founded Buddhism (which is an atheist philosophy) in C4th BCE, so one could argue that the first Buddhist organisation was the first atheist one. But it's predated by the Cārvāka philosiphy (also founded in India) which is believed to be atheist, and which was founded around C6th BCE.
The first modern organisation (which is what I suspect you mean: something founded specifically regarding atheism) would probably be something to do with the French Revolution. They got a bit violent towards the Church, which had been helping to oppress the French people.
The first organistion which is recognisable in the modern sense was founded in 1851 by George Jacob Holyoake and was called: "Central Secular Society, London". It was later merged into what is still called the "National Secular Society" when it was founded in 1866. They societies we founded as reactions to the prosecution (under the old Blasphemy laws) of individuals who spoke out against religion.
