I got 1 gal pink color coolant G12 from California Audi dealer $22.00 + tax. it is a concentrated coolant so if you plan to mixed 50% you will get 2 gallons.
How do you replace the turn signal bulb located on a 2002 VW Golf?
1. If the burned out bulb is on the drivers side, remove the plastic cover identified by a logo symbol for a light bulb (a circle with rays coming off it). It's held in place with two Phillips screws.
2. Remove the battery cover from the battery. This should provide enough space to work in the headlight compartment.
3. Move the wire snap on the headlight plate cover to release the headlight plate cover. The gauge of the wire is a little heavier than a heavy gauge coat hanger wire. It's a clip that pivots to the inside of the car, and releases the headlight plate cover. The headlight plate cover is about the size of an average book - maybe 8" x 6" (20.3 x 15.2 cm). Once the headlight plate cover is unclipped, it slides toward the inside of the car, and can be removed. This provides access to the headlight compartment.
4. The turn signal bulb is held in place by a white plastic piece. This turns to "unlock" it, then pulls back toward the engine to remove it from the headlight housing.
5. The bulb just pulls out of white plastic piece.
6. Insert the new bulb. Make sure it's pushed in all the way. I recommend testing the turn signal before putting everything back in place, so you can be sure the bulb is pushed in all the way.
7. Put the bulb back into the headlight housing, replace the headlight housing cover, and push the clip back to hold the cover in place.
NOTES: I had a little difficulty uncliping the wire snap for the headlight plate cover on the drivers side of my Golf. An old screw driver or a small pry bar can be used to lift the wire away from the headlight plate cover, making it easier to unclip the wire.

There are a couple of use locations:
The main one is to the rear of the engine compartment under the bonnet roughly in line with the steering wheel.
The box has a plastic cover which opens upwards when the retaining clips are depressed. You can remove the lid by sliding it to the right (right hand drive models) when open.
There are also fuses under the driver side dash behind the shelf (bolt mounts) under the steering wheel.
They are costly the base model is still over 30k which i think is the A8.

-I have just replaced a Zafira diesel with an A4 avant tdi pd.
No comparison-the Z. was ok, the A4 is a couple of classes higher-better design. spec, performance-don't listen to me, test drive one!
Specialists like your local Motopart dealer(recommended-they are top quality spares) or GSF make spares sensible price, but NEVER use anything but vw pd spec oil in it-and change every 7500 miles-enjoy!
