You need 2 keys, with one key in the ignition turn it to the accessory position (roll the window down so you don't lock your self out oops.....) With a second key insert it into the door. Keep key one in the ignition while turning key 2 to the lock position you must press the unlock button on the new key fob this will program the new key. Repeat until fob works.

I know it might not be in the exact same spot but in my 1994 100 cs it is under the hood drivers side on the fire wall. There you should find the only fusebox in the engine bay and in my 100cs it is the first 12 amp fuse from the top. If you still have the original fuses they should be metal and red.
