The name of the country is Azerbaijan. It is a country, so it is not in another country.

In Azerbaijan, people make money through various means, including agriculture, oil and gas production, and tourism. Also because of the past history of Soviet Union it is unlikely that these countries will unite to form a Turkistan. (Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are very isolated, and continue to go down this path).
