The name of the country is Azerbaijan. It is a country, so it is not in another country.

In Azerbaijan, people make money through various means, including agriculture, oil and gas production, and tourism. The country's rich natural resources, particularly in the Caspian Sea, significantly contribute to its economy, providing jobs in extraction and related industries. Additionally, small businesses and entrepreneurship in sectors like retail, hospitality, and technology are growing, driven by an emerging middle class. Well there is no country such as Turkestan. Turkestan is a geographical region which refers to the former Soviet Republics and Turkey (including Northern Cyprus) who speak a Turkic Language. Some propose the creation of Turkistan as an official state derived from the union of its countries.

(Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are very isolated, and continue to go down this path).
