The Daisy Targeteer was made between 1937 to 1952 in 5 different versions. Unfortunately you did not give a description of the condition of the pistol so it is not possible to give you an estimate of value.

I have never seen a bb gun sold at WalGreens. But then again I have not been in all of the Walgreens in every state. I searched Walgreens online and could not find any BB guns.

I assume you are asking about the "Daisy model 21 Side by Side BB rifle". This model went out of production in 1972 so it would be very hard to locate one. You could have a custom one built ( search the web for "Custom airgun stocks") or locate a shop that repairs air rifles. See the link Below.

Some are used to learn the basics of gun handling. Some are used for target practice and rodent control.

Crosman doesn't make the Grizzly, Daisy does. $40

It's a collectors Item. In VG condition it is worth between $725 to $825. It was made between 1938-40.

It's usually on the top right behind the sights. It will say 1938B or something like that.

It depends on the age and condition of the Red Ryder. Some are more desirable than others. A new one cost around $35

The same as a C02 BB gun. When you pull the trigger it momentarily opens a valve to let gas fire the BB down the barrel.

Are you aware that the model 25 is in production again. There are 21 different variations of the model 25 before the new one came out.

Blowback on a BB gun is a repeater. When you pull the trigger the gun fires and the top of the gun reciprocates (Blowsback) and auto load and cocks the next shot.

If you have ever seen a modern forearm slide back an forth each time it is fired then you have seen Blowback.

It's not easy to set a value without knowing the condition or model number of the rifle.

The rifle is blueish in color, wooden handle, 500 shots and still fires great, Its in excellent condition.

It sounds like you have a Variation 4 model B 500 Shot (Not a Red Ryder they started in 1940 ) the Model B had a Blue finish and wood stock .it was made between 1910-23. in Excellent condition it would be worth around $245 - $300.
