How do you set the sights on a daisy red ryder bb gun?
The Red Ryder BB Rifle can only be adjusted for up and down not left or right (windage) Select a target about 20 feet away. ( beyond that the rifle is not very accurate, that the nature of BB guns and rifles.)
Aim at the center of the target and fire. If the BB strikes too low you need to raise the rear sight a notch or two. If it strikes too high you need to lower the rear sight. If it strikes left or right of the target then adjust your aim a little in the opposite direction to correct for the strike. Do not do this on a windy day or you will be all over the target.
Do they make bb guns that kill deers?
No BB guns are not powerful enough to kill a deer. However they do make a pellet rifle that will kill a deer or other large game. these pellet rifles are in the PreCharged Pneumatic class of airguns (PCP). the require 2000 to 3000 PSI to charge them. A special hand pump or a scuba tank is required to fill the air chamber in the rifle. A BB is a .175 caliber projectile. PCP air rifles can fire a 45 or 50 Caliber pellet. The pellet is about as large around as a mans thumbnail. It will bring down a deer, boar or moose.
Do people make bb guns that kill deers?
Actually Gamo
has made a Pellet rifle that could kill a deer. All you have to do is aim at the temple, right behind the eye. ( you must be a good shot for this though.) Many people use a .22 LR (long Rifle) or magnum if they are going to shoot it in the head. Otherwise if you shot it almost anywhere else, then it would just be injured and walk around for a week or so before it dies or heals up.
----------------- New Answer ----------------
There are several air rifles that are capable of bringing down a deer. But they are PELLET rifles not BB guns. These rifles are in the PCP (PreCharged
Pneumatic) class of air rifles. They can fire up to a 50 caliber pellet with enough force to kill a deer or other large game. These rifles require a special pump or Scuba tank to charge them up to 3000 lbs of pressure. and you get around 15 shots per fill. The rifles cost around $300 and go up from there. See the link below.

Can a daisy powerline 35 BB gun kill anything?
The Daisy Powerline is a BB and Pellet rifle not a BB gun. It is rated at 625 FPS. It is designed for plinking and fun, not hunting. But is is capable of killing small rodents. However I suggest you use "Hollow Point pellets" if you are going to hunt rodents not BB's. BB's do not deform when they hit a target and the rodent will suffer before death. Hollow point pellets make a clean kill.
Is it bad to leave a co2 cartrige in a bb gun for more than 24 hours?
There are two different thoughts about this subject. Tom Gaylord ( he's an expert on air guns and has a BLOG.) says it's Okay to leave a C02 powerlett in the New airguns because the newer seals can handle it. But I personally don't like to do that. Here's why. Older airguns can't handle the constant stress of the pressure, So no don't do it to them. New airguns can handle it but the danger is always there about someone else picking up the gun, Not knowing it's charged and accidentally firing it. I feel it the same as leaving a loaded gun unsupervised. I always unload my airguns after using them and never leave them charged. The powerlett is going to cost you about 60 cents. So it's not worth the possibility of an accident. Plus it's not worth leaving the stress on the system within the airgun. I feel removing it will just make the airgun last longer, and my collections is over 50 different pistols. Most of them require C02 cartage's and I want to keep them working. So the choice is yours.

Regular .177 Caliber BB's can penetrate skin. 6MM plastic AirSoft BB will most likely not penetrate but can burse you. .177 Cal BB can attain a speed of 500 Feet Per Second (FPS) and do personal damage or injury and in the right circumstance may kill someone. Airsoft is designed to not do lasting injury to a person but getting hit in the face will hurt. Pellet Rifles & Guns are designed to penetrate and are capable of injury or death. What does double action mean on a co2 bb gun?
Double action in any gun means that when you pull the trigger it both cocks and releases the hammer and fires the gun all in one motion. Single action means you have to pull back the hammer and then release the trigger in 2 different single actions.
So Double Action moved two actions in one motion and
Single Action means you have to do two single actions to fire the gun each time in two separate motions.
Now think of a 45 auto. When you get ready to fire a real 45 auto you have to pull back the slide on the first bullet to get the bullet loaded and ready to fire. Then when you pull the trigger you fire the gun. ( This makes the first shot a Single Action movement, Two seperat things had to happen ) but after the first shot is fired the gun auto loads and cocks the gun for all subsequent shots. This makes makes it a Double Action movement, it is know as SA/DA.
Will anything happen if you left a co2 cartridge in a bb gun?
It is generally not a good idea. If the gun is left under pressure it will eventually leak out. Some say it is okay because the new seals are much better than the old ones. But leaving the C02 in the gun makes it potentially dangerous, if someone else picks it up not knowing that it is capable of firing it could injure someone. I own over 30 different air pistols and never leave a C02 cylinder in any of them after shooting. I accidentally left a discharged one in one of my pistols once and a few months later went to use it again and found that the cylinder had gotten stick in the chamber. I had to dissemble the pistol to get the cylinder loose. It was stuck against the seal.
What is the value of a crosman arm 1-350 slide action bb gun?
Check you rifle again. I believe it's a V350 not an I350. The V350 is a push barrel rifle. It was made between 1961-69. In order to give you an estimate of value I need to know the current condition of the rifle. Is it still working? Is it in Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent condition? Without more information it is not possible to give you an estimate.
Some BB guns are designed to shoot BB and pellets, but not all BB guns shoot pellets. The ones that shoot both usually can shoot several BB without reloading but only shoot a single pellet at a time and you have to reload each pellet between each shot.
