Bionicle was cancelled due to the fact that LEGO did not want to make any more Bionicles because it wasn't making enough money. One reason why it wasn't making enough money was because the packaging cost quite a lot to make and so did the Bionicles themselves.
Of course, LEGO doesn't care that Hero Factory has all these same problems and less people are buying them.

Probably Mistika, since they have more fighting combat training and strategy tactics. The Glatorian were just fighters for tribes.
There are about 40 or more. Nobody acually knows. It would be hard to find some, but at some stores, like Target, or others. I think they still make the last versions. If not, try a different store.

The island no longer exists.There is also a Mata-Nui canister set in the summer of 2009 that is keetongu orange/yellow in colour.He has a remolded Ignika,a weird shield,a blue 2009 head,and a thornax launcher.

Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui actually took place before Bionicle: Mask of Light. Takua was living in Ta-Metru at the time and like all the other matoran, was placed in the hibernation spheres at the end. Takua himself is not actually in the movie.
