I started on mycrogynon 20 ED 3 weeks ago, and since I started them I have had the worst sugar cravings, went through 12 full blocks of chocolate in 2 days... I've shot up to 56kg in just under 3 weeks after years of struggling to put on and hold one kilo! So yes.. Personally I think it does. But it also varies on the person :)

The Birth Control itself does not have any ingredients in it that make you gain weight. The birth control makes you crave food and its the food you eat that makes you gain weight. So when you crave the food go for something healthy to eat such as fruit.

I am on the desogen birth control pill, and the instructions say to take it "around the same time" every day. That means you can be 10-15 minutes late taking the pill with no side effects. After taking it more than 45 minutes late though, you start to run into dangerous territory. I don't reccomend ever being more than 15 to 20 minutes late taking it, EVER.
