How do you control bladder at night?
well just so you know if you lose control youll never be able to control it again but anyway start peeing to bed at night, pee in public or around home. then
explain that you feel you have lost control of your bladder. tell
her that wearing diapers would help control your problem. act
all devistated about the idea of wearing diapers, but slowly act
as if you are beginning to accept wearing diapers. you have to
make sure to wear them like I do, 24/7- 365 days a year. soiling
them often will convince your parents that you cannot control
your bladder and, wearing diapers is a good control method.tell
them that you did not choose to lose control of your bladder,
and that they need to support you. make it as convincing as you
possibly can... if you are persistant you may be successful, but
once you start wearing diapers, you may always have to wear
them because you will eventually will lose all control over your
bladder for real and then there is no turning back. when you
become an adult, you will have to asume the full responsibility
of purchasing your diapers. they are expensive.... you may even
along with diapers, end up using a catheter to drain your urine.
this is no joke. i know alot of people who started wearing
diapers, because they loved wearing them and ended up having
to catheterize daily if not multiple times a day for the rest of their
lives. i lost control of my bladder because I have Spina Bifida,
and I have no choice to wear diapers every day. all I say is make
sure you have a plan to follow if over time you lose all control
of your bladder functions. godspeed Dylan. good luck bro. If I
did not have to wear diapers every day, I wouldnt, but some
people dont realize what it is like for people like me with a
severe disability, and some people envy us for certain things like
our usage of wheelchairs, diapers, catheters, leg braces, etc. If
I had a choice I would not use any of these. but I do not have a
choice and, since I am in a wheelchair and am paralyzed, I
cant change myself and have people do it for me. you will be
able to change your own diaper. make sure you think this over,
it will change your life forever.

What is emptying the bladder controlled by?
The micturition reflex tells you when you need to empty your bladder. This happens on average four to eight times a day. The reflex is controlled by your central nervous system.
When your bladder is about half full, the stretch receptors in the walls of your bladder become active and send signals along your pelvic nerves to your spinal cord.
A reflex signal is sent back to your bladder, which makes the detrusor muscle in the bladder wall contract. The contraction increases the pressure in your bladder, and this is what makes you want to pass urine.
Because the external sphincter is under voluntary control, you don't urinate until you decide to relax this muscle.
simple answer would be this; Sphincter muscle that surrounds the urethra.

Can you have a bladder prolapse and a rectal prolapse at the same time?
Yes you can! I have stage three bladder prolapse with NO incontinence or sexual pain during intercourse. What I have is a small "bulge" on the right side of my vaginal opening that is sometimes pretty much unnoticeable, and at other times a bit bothersome but no worse.
After reading stacks and stacks of information on prolapse, and their surgery's' poor success rates (Some sources say that almost 1 in 3 prolapse surgeries result in further need for future surgery, and incontinence developing where there was none before.),I'll avoid any surgery I can till physicians perfect the surgeries that are now available to us women.
Currently, I use a estrogen cream twice weekly and it seems to do the trick for me. And remember, I have stage threebladder prolapse, one that most sources on the subject say always calls for surgery. My gynecologist does not agree.
Prolapse is an often unexpected development of menopause that no one tells you about till you have it. There should be more information made available to younger women when so that many of them can possibly avoid these surgeries before we are candidates for them in the first place. My suggestion is to check out everything and choose surgery as your absolute LAST option. It's your decision, in the long run, and it will effect you for the rest of your life.
In any living mammalian body there are mechanisms in place that regulate the blood volume.
When a mammal drinks the water enters the blood and has the effect of increasing the volume of blood in the body.
The body detects the increase in blood volume/pressure and releases hormones which switch on the kidneys.
The kidneys begin to remove water (along with dissolved metabolic waste which is also in the blood) until the blood volume returns to normal.
Thus the volume of urine produced is in proportion with the volume of fluid consumed (allowing for loss as a result of sweat and respiration).
There are cases where this mechanism fails. One of these is if a person in immersed in water for a time. A vertical swimmer experiences a higher pressure in the lower limbs than in the upper body causing blood that naturally pools in the legs to be forced into the upper body. When this happens the body mechanisms see this as an increasing blood volume and the kidneys are turned on (which is why you want to pee when you swim).
If a person who has been in water for some time (peeing) is then suddenly pulled out of the water in a vertical position. The blood re-pools in the legs and is therefore extracted form the upper body causing a sudden drop in blood pressure (clinical shock). which can prove fatal.
Thus the amount you drink largely determines the amount of urine produced.
What is being born with the opening of the urethra on the upper surface of the peniis?
