Blue's Clues is a Nicktoon that is centered around activities to help preschoolers learn. The Host (Steve or Joe) along with their pet dog, a blue dog named Blue helps to teach them things however the Host and the audience will always need to go through the episode to look for 3 paw prints which are hints to something that Blue wants to do at the end of the episode.

Well, I guess technically it could be. Contestants do not go on and compete for prizes if that is what you mean. It is a children's cartoon that features a a blue dog respectively named "Blue".
