I have gotten my ears pierced at Clair's only once, 6 years ago, and have had no problems with my ears except for them turning red but they have never gotten infected or have hurt, however, if you have sensitive ears I wouldn't advise you to go to Claire's thus they do use a piercing gun which just pushes the tissues of your ears to the side which can cause damage, it isn't a bad thing to get a piercing at Claire's just remember that it isn't the best place to get it done.

I recently got my Bellybutton pierced about 2 weeks ago and the top hole is red a little swollen and there is a bit of clear discharge coming out of it. I am plannig to have a conch piercing and just read at site rightpiercing dot com that it hurts too much if I plan to have an inner and outer conch at the same time.
