In UK sizing, cup sizes are as follows:

AA, A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ, K.

US sizing usually has no double letters after D or DD.

as far as my gf's told me there isnt an i cup. My gf's an h-cup and as far as i'm concerned thats not a big enough bra(actually i probabbly should be happy ;)) but she has said she cant find a bra larger than an H-cup. I'm glad i had the chance to answer your question :D

get a measuring tape preferably the ones that are made out of fabric so they're easy to bend and wear a bra that has the least padding. wrap the tape around your band PARALLEL to the ground (make sure the tape doesn't go higher in the back or anything like that). your band size is the number that it is the most comfortable yet form fitting to your body. if it's an odd number add one inch.

for example my band size was 27 so i rounded it to 28

next measure your bust at the most prominent point of your breasts (ie the area that sticks out the most) so you'll get the highest number. make sure the tape is also parallel to the ground (measuring at the bust is most difficult to get it parallel. i found my tape would slip up on one side or droop down in the back). fit the tape tightly but also comfortably. same as the band, if you get an odd number, round up.

mine was 31 so i didn't need to round up.

if there is a 1 inch diff between the band and cup for example band is 30 and cup is 31, you are an A

2 inches - B

3 - C

4 - D

and so forth to 11 inches which is K

oh and most places in the US will replace an E cup with a DD and a F cup with a DDD for some reason. i guess for psychological purposes? i have no idea why

MY SIZE: because my band was 28 inches (rounded up to the even number) and the bust was 31 inches, I am a 28C. 28 for the band and C because 31 - 28 = 3.

ps, if you want to skip all of this and go to an establishment like Victoria's Secret to fit you, be warned they will compromise your correct size in order to sell you product. With me, they measured me as a 32 B because they don't sell 28's and this was the closest they had. oh. and they won't tell you that's not your actual size

well, it depends on your body structure and size and build. there isn't a certain size for a 12 year old it depends on what your body is like, some may range from 28 AA and other 12's may be up to a 34 c. Hope this helps

Okay, the 36 or 34 is are the inches under neath your breasts. The B is the breats cup size. So 34B is two inches smaller then 36B. Hope I helped :)

An average size for a 10 year old would be 30AA/A. I know this because I'm a 11 year old who is a 30A-I'm in year 6.

However, some of the girls in my class are 28AA/A. I believe that at this age it doesn't matter what size you are due to the fact that you are still developing. My mum told me she was completely flat chested at my age but now she is about 33 and a 38DD.

This proves even though you might not get a flying start you still can have big boobs. No matter what. A 10 year old should wait until there periods to see there actual size.

The number is the "band size" or "back size," and refers to the size of your frame excluding your breasts. The correct band size will usually be your underbust/ribcage measurement rounded to the nearest even number, for example if your underbust measures 33 inches you will most likely need a 34.

The cup size is represented by a letter, and this is relative to the band size so if you currently fill a 36C but you need a 34 band, then a 34C will be too small. You will need to try a 34D - go up one cup size for every band size that you go down.
