Is bra size 30 AA a training size?
No, it would be considered just another bra size. A 30AA means your ribcage equals 30 inches, and your bust measures 30 inches as well, since an AA cup means there is a 0 inch difference between the two measurements.
Training bras do not have a bra size attached to them, but are just a piece of fabric and elastic around the bottom, so girls get used to wearing something on their chest.
There is no medical reason to intentionally sleep or not sleep in a bra. As a matter of comfort most women prefer to take them off at night.

What do you do to a bra that doesn't fit?
Either take it back to the shop or recyle, bin it whatver. If it's uncomfortable then don't wear it. Damage to them if you do wear bra's that don't fit. If the straps are two short adjust them. With those little plastic bits they make the straps longer. But definitely if the cup sizes are two small get rid of it.

How can a girl with a bra size 32 B get to a bra size 34D?
If you're less than 21 years old, just wait a few years and they will grow, just don't expect them to jump two sizes overnight, if your legs did that you'd be freaked out, wouldn't you???
You really cant unless you get a tit job, but you can wear the 34D! I mean, Im 12 and Im a 36C, but my dads part of the family (Females) Are DD+.
Amy Lee has not stated what her bra size is, as this is a personal question.
A 30A is a rather rare bra size, as it means the ribcage equals 30 inches and the bust equals 31 inches, since an "A cup" only means there is a one inch difference between the ribcage and the bust. Because of that, an A cup on different bands will be a different size-a 36A would be for someone whose ribcage equals 36 inches and their bust 37, a 26A would be for someone whose ribcage equals 26 inches and their bust 27, et al.
Since an A cup marks a one inch difference, yes, a 30A is a small bra size. There is a very good change you have been fitted incorrectly though, possibly with the "Plus 4" method, which spawned "The War on Plus 4". You may be more like a 26DD, which means your ribcage equals 26 inches and your bust equals 31 inches, marking a 5 inch difference, which equals a DD.
you wash bras llike any other clothing. in hot water with detergent. but the way you dry them is different. when your drying some clothes you can put your bra on top of the dryer so the heat rising up drys them faster. but dont dry your bras in the dryer, it will make them shrink. you can also just hang them up to dry.
How do you measure yourself for a bra?
BRA MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS
Try measuring in front of a mirror or with help from someone. Measure once with your bra on and once without and use the average. Most women that go to get fitted are wearing an ill-fitting bra which compresses their bust and increases their high bust. So these skewed measurements are used to find a new bra which still does not fit.
AREAS TO MEASURE:
Full Bust - measure around the fullest part of your bust over the bust points (nipples) without pulling the tape too tight.
High Bust - measure above your breasts at the underarm level.
Ribcage - measure directly under the breasts and pull the tape snug.
DETERMINING YOUR SIZE:
Band Size: subtract two inches from your high bust, or take your ribcage and add two. Round to the nearest even size like 38 or 40.
Cup Size: subtract your band size from your full bust. Every inch equals one cup; 0 = AA, 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D, 5 = DD/E, 6 = DDD/F, 7 = G, 8 = H, 9 = I, 10 = J, 11 = K, L = 12, M = 13, N = 14, O = 15, etc.

In bra sizes which is bigger a 32 B or a 34 A?
32B THAT'S A LIE! 32 B and 34 A would have cup sizes that are EXACTLY the same. When a person loses weight but their breasts stay the same size they can go from this: 32C, to this; 30 D. The cup is the same though. The thing is, because the band size (size of the back) is smaller (it is the number part of the bra size) the difference in inches from the rib cage and breast is larger. I.e I'm a 26E, that may sound large, but its the equivalent to a 28DD, 30D, 32C, 34B, 36 A, and 38AA if you wanna go that far. Oh, 40 AAA may even exsist. If someone said a their 34C was bigger than someones 26E they would be absolutly right. However, that means their breast is bigger. 34C would actually have a 3 inch difference from their ribcage. Where as the 26 E is a 6 inch difference. Because bra sizes consider the difference between the rib cage and the bust, the larger the difference is, the larger the breast sounds. When it is not alway the case. Although 32B shows a 1 inch larger difference than the 34 A, I'd say they are the same beccause the cup is the same. So the same breast is on each lady, regardless of how wide or small her rib cage is. Mogeta. :3
What should you do if your bra is hurting you?
You may just need a new bra. It may be too small and you need to go up a size or if it is just that one bra then you may need to adjust the straps or the back. Do not keep it on while it is hurting you though. Take it off immediately. It's not good for your breast.
