Is 32 a a small bra size?

There is no such thing as a "bra size 32". Two different things go into a bra size: the band number and the cup letter. You would not say you wear a "32", in the same way you would not say you wear an "F". A cup letter means nothing without a band size attached to it, as the cup letter will change volume on different bands.

The band number is (in the United States and United Kingdom) how many inches your ribcage measures, which is where you wear your band. If your ribcage equals 28 inches, you would wear a 28 band. If your ribcage equals 33 inches, you may find firm 34 and loose 32 bands will work for you.

If your ribcage equals 32 inches, you would wear a 32 band.

The cup letter means how many inches the difference between your ribcage and your bust are. If your ribcage and bust both measure 24, you would wear a 24AA, since an AA equals a 0 inch difference. If your ribcage measures 36 and your bust measures 46, you would wear a 36GG, since a GG means there is a 10 inch difference.

A 32 band is not small, it means your ribcage equals 32 inches. This is one of the most common band sizes.

How do you 'wear' a bra?

Well if you are wanting to wear a sports bra, you just pull it over your head, kind of like a tank top, then wear your shirt over it. If you are wanting a cupped bra, you place your arms through arm holes and fasten it in the back with the snaps

A different answer Just pull it over your head and put the straps over your shoulders and tighten the straps to your size and put the snaps in place, depending on the size of your waist..

so just pop your boobs in and maybe do it up at the front and then twist it round

How do you measure for a bra?

Using a flexible measuring tape, measure (in inches) around the upper rips (right below your boobies). Let's say this number is 31in. Add 5in. to get your band size, which would be 36in. Then, measure (in inches) the widest part of your boobs. Lets say this number is 39in. Subtract this number by your band size. If the difference is 1, your an A cup, 2 would be a B cup, 3 would be a C cup. Your size would be 36C. Most stores have AA (-1 inches) to DD (5 inches).

You can go to a lingerie store (e.g. Victoria's Secret) to get measured if you like.

How do you determine bra size?

Bra size is composed of two parts, band size and cup size. Band size is a number, like 36. Cup size is a letter, like 'C'. To determine band size, measure with a tape around the chest under the breasts. If you get an even number, add '4' and if you get an odd number, add '5'. Example: 31 inches + 5 = size 36. (Sometimes the circumference of the chest over the breasts is measured instead. In this case '5' is not added to the result because for most women 'underbust + 5' approximately equals overbust.) To determine cup size, measure around the chest at the fullest part of the breasts while wearing a bra. From this number subtract your band size. A one inch difference = A cup, two inches = B cup, three inches = C cup, etc. Example: 39 inches - 36 band size = 3 = C cup. Bra size is 36C. The problem is that this traditional method of bra sizing usually gives a size that doesn't fit well and contributes to the belief that "80% of women wear the wrong size bra." An alternative method of bra measuring has been developed by a plastic surgeon. Band size is determined by the traditional formula but cup size is determined by direct measurement of the breast. Do you have to wear a bra?

Nope. You don't have to wear a bra. Women for centuries went without them, so, if someone so ignorant can't take the look of your "valuables" a little "o natural" then, tell them to suck it up. We are women, hear us roar!
