For people who want to enhance the look of their chest, there are a few things that they can do. If you have a bra that is about 1 or 1/2 cup size too big, then you can "stuff" your bra. If you do so with paper towels or toilet paper (both common), make sure it does not fall or slip out at any times and make sure you do not get wet, as then it will become noticeable. One girl I knew put small face washcloths in her bra. Otherwise, bras are made with push-up designs and extra padding to give the appearance that you have a larger chest. Also, cleavage powder (it's like makeup that you put between your breasts and along the edge of your cleavage in a light line to create dimension) can help give the illusion of a larger chest in many girls.

I would said ages 9-12 is when they should start wearing bras. It is a personal preference and what there parents think is appropriate.

The number refers to the size of the fabric around the waist, this size is usually the same as a normal shirt size you would wear. It has nothing to do with your bust/ boobs.

The second is the number, if until thus far you have been wearing a sports bra it would be better to start at an A.

When fitting make sure the wire is completely under the breast

If it does not sit as tight as the fabric on the side go to a size B

if it is to tight go a waist size bigger

If your nippel is showing, the cup is to small, go bigger

First, the band size DOES have something to do with your breasts. It is used to figure out your cup size. And just because someone wears a sports bra, doesn't mean they should start with an A cup! This statement is ridiculous! Also, if the band of your bra is around your waist, you definitely need a breast lift! "If it is too tight, go a waist size bigger"???? lol! To answer your question of what bra size is the biggest, bras can be custom made to any size. However, once you get to the really large cup sizes, like a F cup and beyond, they become hard to find in stores. I wear a 36N and have to order my bras online, as no stores carry that size.

Your breasts are like any other body part which need to breathe. Constant bra wearing has been suggested to lead to cancer, so if you can go without the bra, do so. This may be harder for bigger breasts, as they weigh a lot .

There is no particular size for 15 year old girl's to wear. Every girl is different in size and therefore you should get measured. If you go into shops like Debenhams or La Senza, they will measure your size for free and make sure you are wearing the correct size of bra.

With the front fastening catch, squeeze together with thumb and second finger, then push up with the thumb to release. Very easy.

With the bikini style big single barbed hook, its tricky. Really hard to use one hand. Use two hands and look at what you're doing.

There really isn't an "average" size bra for a ceratin age group. Most girls, however, are about a A- to a B-Cup by the time they are 13 years old. Still, it is normal for a girl to be smaller or bigger than that.
