What age do you have to be to start work as a vet?
In the United States there is no legally required minimum, but the practical cut-off is 24. This is because the youngest most people can graduate from high school is 17, then three years of undergraduate, then four years of vet school.
There really isn't an age limit, but a suitable amount of time is needed for education and gaining experience. Many people start off becoming veterinarian assistants or obtaining volunteer work before pursuing the field full time.

Passes
Tickets
Spending money
Sun glasses
Sun lotion

Bottle of water
Maybe some food (Wonderland is crazy overly prized.)
Tampies if you're a lady :-)
Deoderant
Barf bag :3
Swim suit because of their waterslide park
It's really up to you. I definetly recommend food because I spent 16 bucks on a burger and fries so it's crazy expensive.

How many charges are dropped a year due to the charter of rights and freedoms?
There are no accurate numbers for that. Charges can be laid by the government, the people and even the police (as people) so no doubt it happens. Charges can also be dropped for many reasons and I doubt they would ever say it was because the office making the charge did not understand the Charter.
Then there are charges dropped because the government does not want a charter challenge. We used to have a law making pocket knifes with locking blades illegal. They were considered automatic knifes which everybody knows from 1950's movies are really bad. Many people were charged with having an illegal knife but these charges were almost always dropped as the law would never survive a challenge and the police want the power to declare any edged device illegal. I do not recall any of those charges being dropped recorded as due to Charter.
