I think the first thing to consider is the word 'court' and what it implies. Originally a royal court encompassed the hierarchy from king or queen down through the nobility and royal advisors surrounding the monarch. It also had a legal significance in that the monarch was the highest authority in the land and any lawbreaker or felon could be summoned before the monarch's court for justice. Their final judgments and punishments could be swift and brutal including imprisonment, torture, and death, including burning at the stake. It should also be remembered that the Church considered their authority higher than that of the monarch because God's law surpasses earthly law. The principal church (cathedral) in any city in England and across Europe became a 'fortress' or place of refuge where civil law ended at the cathedral's entrance. Historically, Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris is arguably the best example of such a 'fortress'.

If you want to shoot new film in a antique camera, Yes - you can get that developed.

If you have old film in a old camera, you can take it to a developer and have them try but there are no guarantees that you will get any images.

Undeveloped film has a shorter lifespan than developed film. It fades and discolors over time. Film that sits in a camera for 1 - 2 years should still be good. After 10 years you may still get an image, but expect serious fading. Past that, don't expect anything but don't let that stop you from trying.

I had no idea how to take close-ups either. I have a Casio 7.2 EX-Z75 and had good luck with just turning off the "EasyMode", then hitting the BS button to choose the type of photo I wanted to take.

I choose "flower", and that's worked fine for taking close-up photos of small labels for my eBay listing items. Somebody should really post more detailed instructions about how to find different onscreen options, for people who are not camera-savvy.

Install the drivers on the computer. Download from Canon website if necessary.

Connect USB cable from computer to camera.

A pop up window should open. Select "download pictures to computer" from the pop-up window.
