Chlamydia does not have a direct effect on sexual "strength."
Absolutely. A tampon provides no protection whatsoever. Not from disease or pregnancy. If your boyfriend is erect then he is producing pre-ejaculate, even if it is a very small amount that you don't really see or notice. This always contains sperm as well as any germs he may have. Condoms are 99% effective against pregnancy, WHEN USED AS DIRECTED. If you read the directions you will see that the condom is supposed to go on when the penis becomes erect. Not just before intercourse or just before he comes, but as soon as he has an erection. This keeps all his fluids away from yours. Other forms of birth control, like the pill, patch, ring, spermicides, etc, can all help prevent a pregnancy but they do nothing to protect against germs. There are plenty of things you can catch from sex and sexual contact that he may never show symptoms of, so he will never know he has them. HPV (which causes cervical cancer,) yeast infections (yes, he can grow yeast on his penis,) UTI's (urinary tract infections, his longer urethra protects him but not you,) which can turn into kidney infections. He may also not really show signs of or ignore signs of common STD's like chlamydia, which is easy to treat (but hard to explain to your parents) but if left untreated in women can lead to a pelvic infection. If that happens you may never have children. You body is the only one you are going to get and you have to make it last a long time. Be nice to it. Hope this helps!

It's definitely worth a trip to the doctor. Cranberries have the ability to help in a kidney/bladder infection. Pick up some fresh cranberries. Though bitter, if your kidneys are the problem your pain might lessen until you can reach the doctor.
