Yes i have two females one laid 3 eggs and the other laid 1 i had them in separate cages but if your intending on breeding them it is very hard to take care of them and it takes up a lot of your time i got rid of them because i don't have the time but if you want to breed them then research before trying to keep them

I can't help you much because I haven't seen your cockatiel. But, you could easily go to the vet and have your bird sexed through a blood test. :)

Cockatiels are pretty small birds. The most damage I have ever seen one do is chew through a cage cover. Maybe, if he were inteligent enough he can do something to kill someone but he couldn't do it alone.
