The PA Announcer's name is Kyle Speller. He brings such life, entertainment and fun to all the games. And he really knows how to get the crowd involved during crucial periods throughout the games! I love him! I've also been told he does a lot of good community work in private, without wanting any public recognition. That's awesome.

It depends from where in the USA. However from USA the shortest was if from the west coast. For example from Los Angeles
to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia it is about 17 to 20 hours flight time. Most Airlines do make a stop in either Hong Kong, Tokyo
or Taipei so this would probably ad another 2 to 3 hours to the travel time.
In addition you would need to calculate the time you need to fly from the location in USA to LA.
Alternatively, there are flights from New York via Europe to Malaysia but they are longer and more expensive.
Soon, Malaysia Airlines will offer a direct flight using the new Airbus A380 which might be shorter.

Baseball is one of the very few sports that does not have a consistent playing surface by rule (golf is another I can think of). There is no specific dimension for outfield fences in baseball rules. Every ballpark determines its own dimensions for outfield fences.
