Hi there. The cartridge may not be seated properly in the carrier or just needs cleaning. Try to remove the cartridge from the printer. Grab a damp paper towel and place it on the table. Set the cartridge on the towel with the nozzles facing down. Draw about 2-3 lines in one direction to wipe clean the nozzles. Re-insert the cartridge in the printer. Try to print. If it's still not improving, do some test pages or deep clean cartridges on the printer. Hope this helps. Good luck!

You will need something which is called a USB hub. It usually has four other usb ports on it which connects to one which you plug in. They are very handy so I suggest buying one.
