Hi there. The cartridge may not be seated properly in the carrier or just needs cleaning. Try to remove the cartridge from the printer. Grab a damp paper towel and place it on the table. Set the cartridge on the towel with the nozzles facing down. Draw about 2-3 lines in one direction to wipe clean the nozzles. Re-insert the cartridge in the printer. Try to print.
