I recently bought a new laptop that is running the Windows 7 (64-bit) OS. I used to print both sides with my printer (hp F4440). However, now it will not print properly. I have a complaint against swf company at the beginnig when we open the company we purchase an embroidery machine for almost $60,000 it works just fine. Then i wanted my business to grow so i purchase a dtg viper garment printer for $20,000. Right from the start it was damage, they came to my store and left the machine there for us to installed. Since then it's been 5 months, the machine has so many problems. The manager doesnt want to work with us we have been paying for a mechanic every single time even when is there fault, they gave us the run arround for weeks , this is the worst company i have purchase something from. I have a brother gt-541 garment printer and is exellent i know is a little more money but we have this machine for almost 2 years and never had a problem . I recommend brother to all those customers that wants to come into the printing bussines better service they come and install the machine for you they worth the money , dont think this is a one customer complained before you buy from swf make sure you ask arround
