Go to Downtown and there are two rubbish cans at the Underground Tour entrance. Click on the right one and take out all of the trash - there are two tickets there.
They belong to the man in the Internet Cafe, but he will give you one if you can get his attention. (Take a green balloon from the Clown Store and go to the Countryside, and you will see some news on the cafe TV.)
Where is the missing security guard on Counterfeit Island?
The missing security guard is in Bobo's clown store. He is there because he thinks "The Scream" being stolen was all his fault. He will also give you his time card - take it back to the security room in the museum and you can see the thief on the surveillance video.
(The thief was the mystery guy who told you that the painting was going to be stolen.)

Collect all six pieces of the Dragon Face. You get the last one when you get the job at the Museum and complete the forgery training. Locations of the pieces:

Duck past the Security Room when you don't see the shadow on the window blinds. Then hide behind the statues to avoid the lasers as you make your way to the exit at the right side.

How do you beat the guards on Counterfeit Island?
In the Black Widow's lair, run along the bottom level, then jump up above and behind the guard on the second level. When the female guard turns away, jump up and carefully run behind her until you can jump to the big chair. It should bounce you up and left to reach the key card door.
*For the museum guards: take the underground tour before applying for the museum job; when entering the museum at night, run past the security room when the guard is not looking.
Where is the person who recognizes the man in the photo on counterfeit island?
The boat captain suggests the mimes might have seen him, but they only make musical sounds. This suggests he's in the Jazz Cafe. Go to the jazz cafe, and show the picture to the waitress (who before said she hadn't seen him). She says there's a strange looking man by the stage, which turns out to be him, the shady guy. (A motor chase on scooters then ensues.)
