ok- well assuming you to have been seeing each other exclusively? and he states that you are in a "relationship" or dating but hasn't kissed you yet- could mean that he truly likes you for who you are as a person and wants more then just a physical relationship. He could be waiting for the right time to make it special-or doesn't want to ruin what you have for a physical relationship. I just got an angel kiss piercing a few days ago. What you do is you have to soak it in 8 oz. of warm water and 1/4 tsp. NON IODIZED sea salt. You want to dissolve the salt into the water by the way. You do this 5-10 mins. once in the morning and once at night. DO NOT try to move your piercing like you would id you got your ears pierced because that's basically like ripping off a scab and that will just take longer to heal.
