Cupid then found her again in the forest and carried her up to Olympus, where Aphrodite was so impressed with her courage and devotion to her son, Cupid that she blessed the union. Aphrodite nodded to Zeus and, he had Hermes bring Psyche a goblet of ambrosia and she became an immortal goddess.

Cupid and Psyche eventually had a daughter named Happiness.
