What you do is go to your cydia on your ipod touch or iphone. Well next you go to manage, then selected passages, next you go to cydia installer and click on it then you press modified or that corner button on then right side of the screen also when you click on it you are going press remove and then its going to give you a warning who cares say confirm then it's going to say this one is safe and this one is unsafe something like that press the unsafe then go back to home page of your ipod touch or iphone and then you will notice that you cydia is gone. Easy! Just follow our easy steps:
Step 1. First, you MUST have at least two different themes you wish to edit.
Step 2. Download iFile and Winterboard from Cydia.
Step 3. Open iFile and go all the way back to var. Choose var/stash/Themes/. Here is where you will find all of your Cydia Themes.
Step 4. Choose the theme you already have installed on your device and check what you wish to edit. (you can even add things!)
Step 5. Choose your second theme and choose what you wish to take from that (icons, etc.)

It means that it crashed. There is a file that's either corrupt or just not making Cydia work. Check your installed Tweaks and figure out which one is preventing Cydia to do its work. Good Luck.
