Apparently, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe we're talking to each other. Many witnesses have confirmed this, and I doubt it's untrue. I really don't think loads of people would join together after they met at a pub and speak rubbish. Apparently, Emma was trying to be unnoticed by everyone else at the pub. There are always websites for fans, you could send emails for a start. However, unless there is something AMAZING about the reason why you want to meet him, you chances are slim because there are THOUSANDS of other people just like you who want to meet him.

A better option would be to wait until he comes to a close city and try and see him that way i.e. for a premiere of a movie or play.

Keep in mind that he is still young and had plenty of years of acting left, meaning more chances for you to meet him. Daniel never emails his fans. But you can try to go to a a premiere. For instance, my friend and her family met Daniel and his family the day after the Goblet of Fire Premiere in New York. That was just plain dumb luck, but you may have the same. Good Luck.
