Breaking Dawn is rated r but not for sexal reasons that part is not disturbing to children it is not bad even for my 5 year old child . The movie Breaking Dawn is rated r for the birth part and because adult tickets are more exspensive so it will rasie more money. It is really PG-13 - i heard this from the director i am friends with him so this is true
