The strongest type of intelligent hero in DotA is a little hard to pinpoint, since within the subclass of intelligence there are many different roles. You can only destroy the enemy fountain of life with "whosyourdaddy" cheat. Otherwise it's impossible unless you have 5 maxed out heroes with hardcore items like Divine Rapiers and Satanics, etc.
