It is exactly what it sounds like. You zoom in on your subject by using the lens (normally it is attached to the camera itself and can be taken off). You control how far, how much, and where. Usually, optical zoom is used with manual zoom.

What is the taken digital copy code?
I believe that each disc has it's own copy code which would've been included in the disc case. If you bought it new and did not get a code you should either return the disc or contact Fox. If you bought it used you need to talk to the seller. The previous owner may have "used up" the digital copy.
A stage aperture is the opening on a microscope slide that allows light to pass through to the specimen.
How many pictures can a 4gb compact flash card hold?
In my 10mp camera a 4 GB card will hold 1120 pictures at 3624 X 2449 resolution.
Twelve megapixels is probably a little higher than average when it comes to most cameras today.
What are three factors that affect the number of images that a camera can store on a single device?
1.) How many megapixels your shots are taken in
2.) The resolution (quality) setting that you take them in
3.) The size of your memory card.
What do you do if the zoom lens gets stuck?
ok, so if u mean its stuck half way, like when u turn it on and its getting into focus and stuff, then this is what i did. this seriously JUST happened to me and i was freaking out then i figured it out and decided to help someone else out with the same problem . here is what u do... turn the camera on, and it should say something like "Zoom error". take the farthest part of the lens that is out (srry dont really know how to explain it) and kind of pull it out. turn the camera off and it should close properly. With my camera, after i turned it on again, it went back to the same thing. So I grabbed it as soon as it came out. I just basically kept repeating things and trying different things while i turned the camera off and on (i mean with the actual lens, not the camera settings or something) amazing, i figured this out on my own yay me:D lol.
hope i had the right idea on wat u meant! if not.. srry bout that!
hope i helped!!
p.s. now my camera just sounds like its going over a little bump when i turn it on, but it works fine

What does true digital prints mean at Wal Mart photo center?
In reality, when you print a photo they don't print it as a true 4x6 or 5x7. They always crop the top and bottom for the photo. So, for example, it is actually 4x5.3 instead of 4x6. When you print it in true digital they don't crop it at all so you get a true 4x6.

A digital photograph of objects created by a [CCD array] flatbed scanner commonly used to scan and digitize printed photographs or documents. The scanner is a 1:1 lens-free camera capable of capturing extremely high-resolution images. "Scanner Photography", "Scanography", "Scannography" and "Scanner Art" are other terms for the process. "Photogram" refers to a 1:1 image made by arranging objects on top of a sheet of film. "Scanogram" seems to have borrowed that establish term.

What is the quality of pictures taken with a 2 megapixel camera?
They can really be quite good, if you compose properly. Most major manufacturers will post sample photos taken with popular camera models. What I do is enter the model number into a search engine, but click images. You often get not only pictures of the camera itself, but pictures taken with the camera. Some photo forums have galleries that can be searched by camera or by lens. I've seen 2 MP shots that were excellent and could be printed large with the right software. But they certainly wont allow you to do as much cropping as with 5 or 6 megapixels and up. Keep in mind that when you see a picture that's sharp and well done when viewed to fit the desktop, regardless of the original file size, you're viewing a sample that's been reduced to under 2 megapixels to fit your screen. 1280x1024=1.3MP and 1600x1200=1.9MP.
