Dish Network changes their channels based on what part of the country you are located. The Home Shopping Channel for the west coast is channel 102. This channel features 24 hour shopping.

You can try doing what's called a hard reset, basicaly this corrupts the system memory and removes any passwords. get your remote out and try doing this. Remember it has to be fairly fast to work.
Hit: menu - 6 - 3 - info - right - left - tv/video.
A message should pop up saying the memory is corrupt, just hit OK and continue with the prompted steps. Hope it helps.

We do not currently have any remote codes in our data base for a Nexus TV, you should also be able to locate remote codes in the owner's manual that came with the TV.

There is a simple answer: Feudalism. Dish Network treats and entreats their employees like serfs. Strict adherence to dress code as meted by the founders wife; no t-shirts, no tennis shoes and so on. No overtime pay for extra work THAT IS IN THEIR CONTRACT, i.e. if you have to come in early to log onto your computer, you are not paid. No chance for advancement if you don't belong to the the Charlie Ergen clique.

We have 7 satellites that we use to provide programming to our customers. The last satellite that was launched was in 2008. Depending on the line of sight, East coast locations normally are pointed to our Eastern Arc - 61.5, 72.7, and 77, with West coast pointed to Western Arc - 129, 110, and 119.

If an East coast location doesn't have the line of sight for EA, the technician will attempt the WA.

Sorry to inform you but there is a company called DISH high speed internet. It is part of the DISH network so you will have issues if you use their name.

Obviously you could, but the question is if you should!!! It honestly depends on the conditions of the dish. If the dish is cracked (badly) and or stained (badly) or other things similar to that have happened to the poor dish, then it is considered ineligible for getting taken to a reception.

Consistency of a dish is whether or not the dish tastes the same every time it is made.

1. Manually turn on the component you want the remote to control (TV, VCR, DVD, satellite receiver or cable box). Note: If you press an invalid key during the Manual Code Search, the remote does not respond and the LED indicator light does not blink. If you do not press a valid Manual Code Search key (TV, VCR, DVD, SAT·CBL, ON·OFF, GO BACK), the search times out after two minutes. When the search times out, the LED indicator light blinks four times and turns off. The last programmed code under that component key is retained. 2. Press and hold the component key (TV, VCR, DVD, SAT·CBL) you wish to program. The LED indicator light turns on and remains on. 3. While holding the component key down, press and hold the ON·OFF key. The LED indicator light turns off. 4. After holding down both keys for three seconds, the LED indicator light turns back on. 5. Release both keys. The LED indicator light remains on. Throughout the programming of each key, be sure to keep the remote pointed at the IR sensor of the component you are currently programming the remote to control. 6. Press and release the ON·OFF key repeatedly until your component turns off. Each time you press the ON·OFF key, the LED indicator light blinks, and the next code in the list is sent. This process continues until all of the codes in the Code Lists have been searched. If your component turns off, you have found the correct code. (If it cycles through and the LED indicator light blinks four times and turns off, all codes have been searched. The Manual Code Search method is exited.) Press Stop when TV turns off.
