She stated that the cheese and whey in the 'Doritos Nacho Cheese Flavoured Tortilla Chips' are made from animal by products, namely beef and pork.

What is the shelf life of Doritos?
6 months is the average shelf life under normal storage conditions. They don't taste too bad for up to about a year.
