you are supposed to be over 18 for an eBay account. many of my friends have made them when they were under 18 and they had no problems. they just lied about their age while signing up. i don't think that it would be a problem at all unless you get into legal trouble somehow on ebay and they need a scan of your drivers license or something proving who you are then you'd be pretty screwed.

When you win the object, go and sign up for a paypal account, go to www.paypal.com and go to profile. And add the credit card that you are using. When you are done, press the send money button and click on eBay items. It will ask you if you want to check out on eBay in my opinion paypal is easier. I used it. Click on the "click here if you prefer paypal". It will then tell you to sign in, do so and it will show you what you need to pay for. It's very easy from there on.
